Day 7......Done

1) Drink 64 oz water.
2) Eggs for 1rst meal and veggies with 2nd meal.
3) Take vitamins and supplements.
4) Set-up coffee for morning.
5) 6 ten minute tasks.

Getting things done, taking my supplements and vitamins, drinking my water, getting my veggies in, is definitely keeping me on plan, but.....coming into the kitchen in the morning, with my Bulletproof Coffee prepped, ready to go... Priceless!

Day 30 of 90

I ate quite a bit, but it was still a good keto day. I hopped on the scale this morning for the first time in a long while. I've lost a few pounds while not logging my food daily.

Default Day 5 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Jan 9, 2019

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away. Minimal this week but checking account daily and opening mail, paying bills as they are due.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - 20 min of dancing to Pandora dance station

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. prepping what I can. I am out of food, pretty much - I have a lunch main dish for tomorrow and eggs/cheese for breakfast. Issues the last few days taking up most of my time and I can't get to the budget to see what I have for groceries. Unexpected expense with a poor kitty hit on the road and lying by my doorstep yesterday as I was leaving for work. I couldn't leave her. She was unfortunately in horrible shape before she got hit...I took her to the vet and the most humane thing to do was to put her down. Rough day but she isn't suffering anymore.

This was for Monday.

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.
To say it's been a challenging past week is an understatement. Still trying to find more time to do more than glance at the statement and pay one at a time...

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - ** didn't happen. Out of time and not enough sleep as it is...will update when I do it, probably on Sunday. *** 1 hr vacuuming the library at work Wed 12/5/18.

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Doing what I can - thawed out celery and onions and a bag of sliced onions - those I will carmelize and mix with cream cheese to go with scrambled eggs and I need a few basics to make chili with the rest of it.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - will post when I do this later today** 20 min dancing to Pandora dance station before work.

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Cooking as I am getting ready to go deal with back snow tires today... carmelized onions and finished groc list. Will shop before work tonight and try to get that chili made. **shop, yes. Chili, no.
