Day 3 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Jan 9, 2019
1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.
2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - may have to do it on a day when I am not doing this rest of this - running out of time, almost time to go work at the library **will update when I do it *** updated this today - post didn't post... 20 min of A Morning Cup of Yoga at the gatehouse today, plus an added bonus of a longer break so we could take a walk if we wanted. That was 20 min. (Beautiful day).
3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Hard cooked 1 egg (last time I made two one went bad because i didn't use it), roasted frozen broccoli, and used up the riced cauli and last of the cubed leftover turkey in a stir-fry. Lunch packed. Recognize I have lunch stuff for tomorrow only and dinner for library. Shopping trip ahead probably for just lunch stuff...payday is Friday.
