Day 26 of 90

Rolling along - in the groove again. The plan now is to dial the eating back some with some IFs and periodic food logging. I want to lose a few pounds by New Years Day.

Welcome back, Meggen. Sorry to hear about your accident. Life can knock you down. But you didn't let it keep you down. I wish you the best in finding your LC groove again.

1) Drink 64 oz water.
2) Eggs for 1rst meal and veggies with 2nd meal.
3) Take vitamins and supplements.
4) Set-up coffee for morning.
5) 6 ten minute tasks.

Default Day 1 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Jan 9, 2019

Ran out of time last night, didn't post.

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - 20 min of dancing to Pandora dance station

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Yes, minimal but done

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - Shoveling snow first thing this AM for 30 min, and vacuuming the library for an hour at work... pretty tired out today.

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Yup - chopped up my apple, made my last sweet potato. Getting ready to look at bills, and make a menu/groc list.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - may have to do it on a day when I am not doing this rest of this - running out of time, almost time to go work at the library **will update when I do it *** updated this today - post didn't post... 20 min of A Morning Cup of Yoga at the gatehouse today, plus an added bonus of a longer break so we could take a walk if we wanted. That was 20 min. (Beautiful day).

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Hard cooked 1 egg (last time I made two one went bad because i didn't use it), roasted frozen broccoli, and used up the riced cauli and last of the cubed leftover turkey in a stir-fry. Lunch packed. Recognize I have lunch stuff for tomorrow only and dinner for library. Shopping trip ahead probably for just lunch stuff...payday is Friday.

Another VLC day. I should be bored to tears with my food. Meat, cheese, eggs - eggs, cheese, meat - and occasionally something plant based. I like what I'm eating, but I'm happy with less food. That's how this works.

Keto Back to eating two meals a day on weekdays - breakfast & dinner. Doing a better job at not eating after my daily post dinner walk/jog.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - I am counting work: at least 40 min wrangling 8 ft tables by myself, and helping carry 2 more in from a separate bldg. Moving chairs, hoisting them up on chair rack. Then I moved 4 very heavy stanchions from downstairs to a golf cart and over to shelter house (which also involved getting stuck in the mud with said golf cart and being pulled out by Maintenance/facilities...oh it was a FUN day...) the stanchions had to be carried up stairs. Think 40 lb dumbells with only one weighted end...I don't know how heavy they actually are...felt like 40 lbs. They are old so the wood is solid and heavy too...

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Stopped at the store and picked up lunch items for the next two days. Still eyeballing the bills, will have to do them tomorrow to see what is left for gas/groc.
