I would like to delete items from my Most Recent list but cannot find a way to do this. I would like to delete all of the items. Can this be done?

I asked this question once, only I wanted to remove items from my Favorites list.

I was told that they go away automatically if you don't continue to use them, and that seems to be what I've seen happen. Perhaps the exception would be Custom Foods, Bulk Entries, Ingredients and Recipes, but I'm not certain of that.
