2/8/04

Today basicly was a walking day. I took my two boys to the local lake/pond and I walked it twice, that totaled 4 miles. Then later in evening went to gym and did some things I never really have done, but would like to get them in my program.

Leg Squats: 2 sets of 8 at 165 lbs
Leg Press: 3 sets of 10 at ??? I forgot the weight
Leg ext tried but wasnt comfy w/ the setting of the seat. Will try later

1 mile on threadmill and played some basketball w/ Doughboy.

2/24/04

Back to lifting again and it felt good. Still have a little tenderness in my arm that I hurt, but my new soccer season starts on sunday so I wanted to work out.

Bench: 10 reps at 135lbs
8 at 145
6 at 155
4 at 165
2 at 185
1 at 185
12 at 135

Milatary Press: 2 x 10 at 60lbs
One arm curls 3 x 8 at 25lbs
tricep extn. 3 x 15 at 25 lbs
1 x 15 at 35lbs

went to gym for a few and walked 2 miles on threadmill.
Also did leg presses 3 x 10 at 160lbs.

Will come back later tonight and post upper body workout.

I havent been posting regularly buy i have been lifting.

Bench: 10 reps at 135lbs

1 at 195 Got stuck and needed a small spot
12 at 135

One arm curls 3 x 12 at 30lbs
Tricept extn 3 x 10 at 50lbs

Going out for a small walk w/ Doughboy
