Default itchy palate and tongue

Is itchy palate and tongue a candida symptom or some kind of allergy?

Can be one or the other or both. Often a reaction to a food allergen. And now it's allergy season, too.

Are you taking your OOO?

My mouth gets itchy when I eat things I am allergic to. My gums too.

Do you get an itchy mouth after eating, or is it just sort of constant?

It was bothering me alll day monday followed by itching inside the ear all night. I can't pinpoint any food per se, it just came out of nowhere.
I was misarable but I put a little coconut oil on a swab, it helped a bit. I was wondering if diluted OOO can be put in the ear for itching? Anyway, I started eating raw garlic again to ward off a skin infection and the itching is also gone, so I think it was the candida.

Not yet. I'm taking a lot of C and garlic plus CO.
Pollen doesn't bother me(airways) but if it touches the skin where I have the rash, it gets itchy. The other day I was holding some lilies and the pollen fell on my hand and it got itchy. So I don't know... maybe I breathed it in or something.... but I think it's caused by candida. At least it's connected to candida.

Ears can itch because of dryness, putting a little oil in there helps. I don't know about OOO, but plain old vegetable oil would do it.

If it is an allergy, taking an antihistamine should make it better. That should help pinpoint the cause of your itch.

If your ears itch, try to keep the q-tips out of them. And you can buy those drops made for swimmers that have an analgesic in them that will quiet the itch for awhile.

Swimmers' ear drops usually have something like alcohol to dry out your ears. The stuff I'm thinking of was probably more along the lines of something to remove wax. I'm sorry I can't think of the name. It had a mild analgesix, and peroxide.
