itsabreeze- LOL I did a month of slacking (still lost weight but just a 1-2Lbs a week) I did Induction for 4 months straight and then I started drinking Cherry Pomegranate Crystal Light as a change up from plain ol' water well let me tell you that was the only trigger I needed to unleash the entire month of May known only now as my slacker month. I finally hit another milestone 50Lbs lost well actually 51Lbs. but who's counting...AND I'm only 2 pant sizes away from my goal pants that made me say "Come on now girl you've made it this far let's keep on going". I'm starting Induction all over again, I think I was like Pre-Maintenance for the month of May (I didn't go all crazy, I indulged on the odd scoop of ice cream and strawberries). Anyway I had to look at everything I've done in 6 months as a reminder to myself that I worked hard, too hard to just throw it away for a cheap thrill that leaves me with a sore tummy and wacky insulin. You can do it, just find your balance!
