As for me, the air travel was hard... I'm pretty sore. Going to physio this morning to see if he can loosen things up a bit for me.

PEI was beautiful. I had a little time to wander around and explore. The 4 hour time change nearly killed me though.

I dearly hope your physio helped out, Julie; a good spa massage after that is always a welcome treat, and helps keep those muscles relaxed! You deserve it!


Ladies, I finally managed to get to that task, the upload of the TVWeek cover where Low Carb is actually in print! Scary... and the article/recipe itself, which is SCD Specific Carbohydrate Diet (isn't there a special forum here somewhere for that?) and which most of us consider not really low carb, but it's definitely an improvement on the SAD type recipes, and easily tweakable...

I suspect the pics are big, so I'm going to try just linking them here, but not "image" loading. You should be able to download it (file-save-target it) if you want once you get the link open in a browser window:
