Default Good buy on roasted, salted almonds at Lidl

If you don't have portion control problems with roasted, salted almonds you might like to stock up at Lidl this week.
Our local branch had a bin of loose almonds at only 90 p per 100g (£9.00 a kilo) so I stocked up!!

They are now decanted into one big airtight container, with several 1 ounce portions in little pots ready to have available for grab and go snacks.

Aww, we don't have a Lidl here. But thanks anyway.

I eat 18 raw almonds per day and a fat bomb for breakfast. Yes I count the almonds, because if I didn't I'd overdo them. They are a good source of a few minerals, fiber and vitamin E. Plus they taste good, but they are calorie intensive.

If I didn't count them, the entire bag would be a single serving
