I was starting to read my CAD book last night. I got through the introduction and while I was reading I discovered that I had this plan my whole life all along. I was anorexic when I was younger, got over it sort of. So after that experience I would starve myself all day and the eat only supper. Of course many important things were missing but I have always had the basics down. This important things that I can think of are water, excersize, a balanced reward meal, and something for breakfast (which coffee with cream would be good enough) and something for lunch. I can't wait to finish reading the book and move onto CAD, I am very excited, but want to get as much info as possible. I don't want to be one of those that do it wrong and then say that it doesn't work.

Default Interesting,

It sounds like CAD should fit into your lifestyle very easily then. Lucky you!

Good luck with it, you are wise to study it first and get started right off on the right foot.
