vegetarian ideas here!
If you are tired of meat, try some of these ideas for dinner:
Eggplant parm
2 eggplants
1 cup parm cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 can of pizza sauce(lower in carbs than tomatoe
olive oil
Slice eggplant into round thin sliced circles
heat oil in pan. Dip eggplant in egg then fry till brown
Put fried eggplant in casserole dish. Pour bottle of pizza sauce on top. sprinkle parm and mozzerella on top. Bake for 15 min.
Zuchini Bake
4 zuchinis(i can't spell)
1 cup of mayo
2 cups of parm cheese
paprika
garlic powder
Slice zuchini into thin circles and steam for five minutes
Place in casserole dish
In a bowl mix mayo, parm cheese, garlic powder
Spread onto zuckini. Sprinkle paprika
Bake about 15 min
Choclate Peanut butter flying saucers
8 plane rice cakes(8 carbs per serving)
8 bars of bakers choclate
1 cup of splenda
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup of heavy cream
in a pot, melt the choclate, splenda, peanut butter, heavy cream together. When melted, let cool off for about 15 min
spread it on rice cakes.
put it in the fridge.
