Smile High School Lunches

Hey guys! I'm new here and I wanted to know what other people bought at school for lunch. I'm still in high school and I buy lunch a lot and need some ideas of what to buy. Thanks in advance!

Do they have string cheese for sale? Thats one of my lunch favorites. If they sell burgers, you could always eat it without the buns. I guess it really depends on what is sold. Good luck!

Thnks for the advice truckgirl. My school doesn't sell string cheese and the hamburgers they see aren't of the best quality (full of trans fats, oily, just plain nasty). I think I will try to buy some string cheeses from the market though and take them to school for lunch.

Thanks for all the great ideas guys! The only problem, lajavableu, is that in the mornings I usually don't have time to pack a lunch. And the foods we have in the house are not typical lunch foods (chicken, hamburger, eggs, etc.) so it would be sort of akwards taking them. Also, I'm lactose intolerant so I con't have too much cheese and I'm allergic to berries. Thanks again for all the help, though! Happy LCing!

My daughter takes her lunch every day. She takes chef salads, boiled eggs, deli meat slices, chicken salad, cucumber slices, celery, and a couple of tablspoons of ranch. Oh, and water. She makes her lunch but these are some of the things she takes.
