20 minutes recumbent bike levels 3, 5, 6,7 and 9.

35 minutes Lower Body Strength Training, 2 sets each

20 minutes recumbent bike levels 3, 5 and 7.


I'm going to start tracking my water intake in here as well, to help with my Peeps Challenge.

Water intake 86 ounces.

35 minutes Pilates - just about ready to move on to the intermediate dvd.

I've been really working the pilates the past few days because with relatives in town, it's hard to leave them to go to the gym. But they just left for the airport so gym time will increase again soon. (I hope!)

60 minutes of strength training including upper and lower body.
