Well I joined a gym about five weeks ago, its been hard going especially as I have put two pounds in weight on since joining....a trainer I got talking to one day told me it was my diet....he loves low carb high protein, which got me thinking about atkins again....so here I am coming up for the new year....so tomorrow I start....atkins here I come...and the gym is going to be every other day...what I have been doing at the gym...
6 minutes on the bike
25 minutes on the treadmill
6 minutes on some funky air bike can't remember what its called
six machines for upper body...as much as I can do
six machines for lower body
forty minutes swimming
Hopefully as time goes on my endurance will be better and I can increase the bike etc.
And hopefully now I am eating low carb the results will be better.
New Year...New me..........
