hi, is keto spaghetti suitable for veg's?


(i asked in another forum on this site but no replies after 2 days i think)

I'm not familiar with this, but I'd say it would depend on what it's made from and what level you're at. Check the ingredient list. Avoid transfats, HFCS. If the carb count will allow you to stay within your limits and it's made from "good stuff", give it a try.

I recently heard of Shirataki noodles, but haven't found them at the store yet. They're made from yams and only have a small amount of carbs. There are others made with soy for a higher carb count, but I avoid soy, so I'm going for the plain ones.

Apparently you have to rinse, then lightly saute them before eating. The article I read said they smelled fishy when first opened and the cooking is to prevent them from weeping.

If I ever find them, I'll let you know how they are.
