Default Almond Flax blast

This is barely a recipe. I just came up with it tonight. However, I love it.

If you have a Whole Foods near you, go to the nut section and get a tub of fresh Almond butter. Get a container of Forti Flax. Take a bowl, and mix about equal parts of the two. The almond butter by itself is very calorie dense (not that everybody is watching the calories, but its pretty crazy). The flax cuts way down on that. Tons of fiber and unsaturated fat.

Whatever. I like it

Cool idea. I'm trying to come up with some LC foods I can take when I hike, and a little container of this sounds yummy.
