Can anyone enlighten me here. I have been using them as an afternoon snack, last couple of weeks, but I wouldn't have if I thought they had 4 carbs, plus came to a grinding halt on the weight loss last week, and wonder if the nuts were the culprit ?
Does anyone out there know the truth ![Read the book!](/images/smilies/deal.gif)

If you have the older edtion of Atkins cookbook (yellow cover), the counts listed are total carbs - the fiber hasn't been subtracted.
According to our Carb Counter tool, which is based on the USDA, 1 oz (10 - 12 whole nuts) of macadamias has 3.9g carbs / 2.4g fiber ... so 1.5g net.
