Yes.... They are actually pretty cheaply made! But do work you out mildly. I will tell you to by te original shape up sandal (burns the most) or clog. You will see the difference in the bottom of the shoe and the body weight doing down. But if you really want a general tennis shoe with a small bit of work out ability, buy am off brand at Walmart or payless. The kinetic wegde is the same hit the show will past longer. Google shape up and you can gin the original and the one that has the best body benefits for your body!
