Goals for July 19 through October 16
1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 35 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Four 3 meal "Feast" days per week. Low Carb/unrestricted Calories
4) Three 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.
Met goals 1 & 2: 56 days
Off Target: 8 days
Met Weekly IF goal: 9 (week 10 of 13)
Friday thru Tuesday: . My DD#1 flew into town over the weekend and we took a little 3 day family vacation in Williamsburg with my wife and DD#2. I ate late on Sunday & Monday. I ate too many carbs on Tuesday. I'm getting started today on the first of my 3 IFs for the week. My two oldest daughters really need to be low carb, but they have totally given up on it. This little vacation reverted back to being food centric, just as they all had been when I was a carboholic. Most of my vacations over the past few years have been about what I was going to do on my vacation - not about where and what we were going to eat. With my youngest daughter & hiking buddy moved away to TX that was not the case this time. I stuck to low carb options, but I did eat too much.
