Notice that the FAILS on Days 14 & 16, and Days 24 & 26 ... are the same 2 days, only. I just had a different start date for different aspects of the overall plan.

NO MORE DAYS LEFT, till my 5 month weigh-in!!!

I am 234.6. I was aiming for 232.8. That makes me 1.8lbs over. I'll take it.

Tomorrow I am resetting all of my Day 1's, as it is all too confusing now.

My new personal challenge is 37 days.
37 days of as much consistency as possible, to take me to the end of April, and to see what I have achieved.
37 days of low cal, low carb, no cheese (except MAX 2T parmesan per day, and as little wine as possible.

I can do it!!

Default 26 Days left till my 6 month weigh in. MUST DO BETTER!!!

Didn't go to the gym for 4 days. Ate badly. Drank alcohol. Had terrible TOM (still here). Today I am 4.2lbs up still.

But I am back on track and I want to be 210lbs by the end of April!!!!

Yesterday was a new Day 1, for everything.

NEW RULES ARE:

No Wine
No Cheese
Low Carb
Lower Cals
Gym EVERY day
110% effort EVERY day
NO EXECEPTIONS

Studio was NINETY DEGREES. ON THE ACTUAL THERMOSTAT. So I am really nervous that the 1.8lbs will be back tomorrow morning, ack!!!

60 min Body Pump. Can't say it was full effort by a mile, although the 83 degree room DID make me sweat.

I'm not sure what to say about my eating. Not 100% adhering to plan as I set it out for myself (what else is new),.... but at least I'm still 100% on the gym part

I had 3 days off from the gym again; Fri, Sat, & Sun. Then I finally was able to get back there yesterday... but I did so many things RIGHT yesterday, that I am calling yesterday my fresh Day One.

Yesterday I managed

No Cheese
NO WINE
No Potato chips
NO CIGARETTES
No diet coke
ONLY 1 COFFEE!!!

AND

60 min Body Pump

Only too bad that by accident I TOTALLY MISSED SPIN,... WITH THAT GUY .....THAT I "DO NOT" LIKE!!!!!!

Way to go you on yesterday. Look at all those naughty things you didnt do!
Im struggling with the coffee, or lack of it. today is my fresh day 2 of no coffee, its lunch time in 30 mins and costa is but a short walk away. I need someone to break my legs so i cant go!!
