In the November 11, 2002 issue of US magazine, there is an article, "How They Bounced Back From Pregnancy," that lists how several actresses lost their post-natal weight.
Josie Bissett said her diet was "A lot of salmon, chicken, salad and protein bars."
Jaime Bergman did The Zone, and so did Lisa Rinna, who said she tried Atkins after her first pregnancy, but it didn't work for her.
