Practice plan thru December 31:

Simple: Take food between waking and high noon only. Low carb; no tracking - staying off scale for another 90 days too, fit of clothes is good enough measure.

Fast food habit days successful: 46/90 (started 11/01/20)
Carb habit days successful: 7/90 (started 12/10/20)

My carb habit:
Keep carbs to 100g or less daily.

My fast food habit:
No restaurants/fast food for 90 days, with the exception of date nights with my husband. (It must be an actual date, we can’t just go out to dinner to go out to dinner.)

96g carbs yesterday and no fast food

Dinner last night was late. Started eating around 6:55, so part of dinner was after 7:00, but not counting that as per my exception. I was a bit peckish after dinner. I was heading towards the cheese and that would have put me over, but thinking of this thread, I pivoted to some tea with HWC.

Timeline: Dec 7th - March 7th
Habit: Eating Less than 200 calories after 7:00 PM
Exception: Eating Dinner if delayed due to schedule/conflict

69g carbs, no fast food yesterday.

Hubs and I are going out for a date night tonight (we're driving around to see Christmas lights) and we'll be getting something from a restaurant for dinner. We're thinking steak or seafood. My 100g rule still applies.

Saved again by this thread. It was a late night driving to the cabin, and around 8:00 I was hungry so I pulled out some cheese and ham to have something to eat. Then, this thread popped into my head, had one small piece of cheese, and put the rest back.

Timeline: Dec 7th - March 7th
Habit: Eating Less than 200 calories after 7:00 PM
Exception: Eating Dinner if delayed due to schedule/conflict

Hubs and I went out on a date to see Christmas lights last night and we ordered steak and veggies from a restaurant (curbside pickup). The hot chocolate we got after put us over our carb goal for the day, so no gold star for me on that. Today I have a headache, so not sure if that hot chocolate was worth it.

Darn it, it might be 3 in a row that I miss. Yesterday was late eating on account of after hours work - Heading out the door for long road trip today and kite session - can't eat this morning so OMAD this late afternoon. At least practice is flexible you can either practice, or not
