I had two scrambled eggs on a piece of low-carb toast with 2 T. of my Shawarma Homemade Mayo mixture drizzled on top with 3 slices bacon. The seasoned mayo was SUPER good on them, too! Here's the recipe I use: http://buttoni.wordpress.com/2011/0...salad-dressing/

Yum! I made my usual pancake batter (2 eggs,1oz. cream cheese, 2 T almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, dash of HWC). put it into my Magic Bullet, then put them into a 8" omelet pan.. makes two large crepes.. then I spread them with sour cream, rolled them up, and topped them with strawberries that I sweetened with liquid Splenda, and tossed them into the Magic Bullet..until they were chunky. What a treat!!

My usual... home made iced coffee using SF coffeemate hazelnut creamer and EZ Sweetz. That usually tides me over nicely until lunch. Unfortunately lunch today may be coffee with CO...
