Say, Amanda.....

Have you happenned to read any of the relatively recent "health" articles stating that people who drink milk as adults have significantly higher levels of Vitamin D and as a consequence were healthier than non-milk drinkers?

I'd read SO much about how terrible the Vitamin D-2 in milk was, and how it allegedly was not enough for the body, that I had NO idea that there was ANY correlation between dairy foods and high Vitamin-D levels.

Except for a short time in my 20s, and except when I'm seriously low-carb, I've always had milk every single day .... therefore, I no longer believe any of that stuff about how terrible Vit.D-2 is, and I'm certain that I do NOT need any Vitamin D-3 supplement which invariable creates terrible symptoms in me - UNLESS it is from sunlight.

Thanks for all your previous information about this.

And yes, I've heard parts of those hour long commercials for the Vitamin D-3 from the guy who runs the Vit.D.Council, and he's put LOTS of other things in it, not 'just' magnesium, but omega-3s and all sorts of stuff.
