Default BringIt's Gym Log

Well - This is not my first step of exercise in this journey, I have been regularly walking since probably 350lbs then around 300lbs while out of town for work, I started to regularly attend the gym to work out on the Treadmill and Elliptical. Then around 280 I started to do a little bit of weightlifting. But not much.

Now that I am home and have the time to dedicate to it. I plan to really start intensifying my workouts, to increase weight-loss closer to my goal. Because as you lose more weight you have to work harder to lose it!

This will be my way of accountability and to let others (family mainly) see the kind of work that I have put into it.

Wednesday September 3rd -

Went to a different gym location because mine was moving into it's new location.

Did leg weights - Z squats - Leg Press - Leg Curls - Leg Extensions

and I tried to do a couple pull ups on the assisted pull up machine. haha did 6 with the machine set at 130lbs me not knowing how this machine worked totally it ended up being 130lbs of assistance. so I was really only pulling up 128lbs geeze that makes me feel weak. A place to start though and one day I am going to do a set of unassisted pull ups.

Then I did a 12:25 Minute Mile - Fastest Ive done in the Last 9 or 10 years?

Then 10 Minutes on the Elliptical almost a mile

Then 10 Minutes back on the Treadmill

1 Hour of Weights - Did 3 Sets of The Whole Circuit * just realized the circuit didn't have any squats in it *

20 minutes on the Elliptical with Random Resistance

then 10 Minutes on a New Machine that was pretty weird / cool You could vary your stride all over the place - Weird but I kinda liked it .. It was a Precor 100i - http://www.precor.com/comm/en/amt/amt100i/
