Default Awesome

I am happy to report that I have now lost 14 lbs in six weeks. I am taking coconut capsules and I feel like it has helped rev up my thyroid. I also was experiencing dry skin which is getting better ,so I think I am doing awesome !
I feel like I can get my health back and get into all my sizes of clothes in my closet.
This is the first time in years that I can say,I can do this.
I have 85 # to lose and I know I will do it, the support here is awesome and even having COPD and not being able to exercise to much,I am doing it. Thank you all for your journals.

Do I need to change my weight chart or does it do it automatic? I started at 250.6 and today I am at 236.6. I don't see that on my stats.

Is your computer linked into your scales? You need to change it yourself.

Think I will go and take some coconut oil caps right now. Seems like I heard about this and thyroid before. Worth a try until I can get mine corrected.

Congrats on your weight loss!!! Click on your user name, then user CP (control panel) then scroll down to the area you put your weight in and change it.

I was gone for eight days and just got back today. I did good on my trip and stayed under 20 carbs each day. I find that the cravings are gone. I was around so many good places to eat and I had no problem.
By the way, I have changed my stats by going to my plan then I enter it in, it is not showing up. I will check again tomorrow and see what I am doing wrong.

I hope you got the coconut oil. It has helped me with the dry skin patches I have already.

You need to clink on the link to "User CP" and then go to your user profile and enter the new numbers there.

What is the advantage to taking coconut oil capsules as versus just taking coconut oil? I know some people on this board add some to their coffee, or cook with it and seem to be getting great advantages. Plus, I would think that a jar of coconut oil is cheaper in the long run.

Way to go on your 14lb loss!

I wonder where I could purchase some Coconut Oil Capsules in the UK. I can't seem to find any through Google. I did find ONE place though, and they charge £25 ($38ish USD!) for 120 capsules! .
