Good morning all. Well, I couldn’t be happier. I had a woosh this morning which was a long time coming. I want to thank this group for having a challenge because I’ve been put on the right track and really watching what I’m eating. I noticed a huge difference in the type of food that I ate like redmeat and some types of Frankenfoods. I’ve also for the first time been using an app on my phone to scan everything that really helps.
