I'm with Leemack- chocolate will always be an option...maybe not every day or every week even, but it will be there like an old friend.

and o.m.g. can i just say that bacon taco shell looks amazing. I've also heard you can make a taco shell out of cheese.

Right now I am struggling to give up my morning coffee. I have never been a tea person and definitely not an herbal tea person. The thing that gets me out of bed and off to work in the morning is my morning 16 oz double latte. For the last few weeks I've switched from non fat milk to full fat and no longer get any flavor syrups, not even SF syrups in it. I don't eat food in the morning and never have, not even as a child, so the coffee holds me over till noon or so. I like to think the lattes are here to stay, but if it keeps me from losing I may have to rethink it. However, the last time I tried to quit the coffee the withdrawal was horrendous. Headache and nausea...much like induction flu.

Diet Coke with Lime. I just...No. I drink tons of water but when I eat DINNER I want my lime coke! And a lot of the time half way through the day when I'm getting worn out at work. Never more than two a day and it hasn't ruined my diet yet so I'm NOT giving them up.

I so agree, I use mine at dinner and love diet Dr Pepper or cherry pepsi. I calm my evening cravings with them. And LOVE heavy cream!

I can't honestly think of anything off plan that I couldn't give up...in fact, I have already given up everything that isn't on plan. It's a good thing when your favourite comfort item is club soda with a wedge of lime

Coffee with hwc, and the occasional french fry. Oh, I learned the hwc in diet soda tip here and love it for a special treat. I make a mean mock root beer float and I've just tried a creamsicle float- hwc in diet Sunkist with a dash of vanilla- Yummy!

I'm going to go with the cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster. I have the discipline to order baked flounder and asparagus with that, for a low carb, low calorie, low everything dinner, but you take me into Red Lobster, and I am going to eat a cheddar biscuit.

I absolutely refuse to give up my homemade vanilla bean creme brulee. Granted I have it maybe 3-4 times a YEAR. But still. Refuse.

I tried to give up my diet soda, specifically pink grapefruit and Mt. Dew, but it's so difficult. I NEED caffeine, and sometimes I don't want coffee with my meals.

I have monthly cravings for sweets. Thankfully, one serving of sugar free candy is enough to set me straight.
