So I bought 7 avocados this morning. I've had two already and I'm really hungry. Its only 11am. I'll drink a water for the next couple hours and hold on. I have a lot of work to do anyway.

Eat more, if you are hungry. Better the avocados than something else. And your body WILL want you to eat something else.

Wait - I just discovered there are like 10 carbs in Avocados - i noticed they are mostly fiber, but will i still get into ketosis if i eat 5 today?

If you believe Dr Davis (of Wheatbelly), yes. Because fiber goes through the system without being used as energy. I believe him.

There are people, proponents of A'72, who are adamant that a carb is a carb. And it works for them. What works for me is to assume that anything that goes in one end and out the other, undigested, won't raise my blood sugar, and I can stay in ketosis.
