Default Workin Out Towards the Cruise!!!

I have been doing resistance training for a 5 weeks with a personal trainer(s) 3 Xs a week. I have been running or doing the eliptical machine on average two times a week. I've noticed a difference in my arms and shoulders but not so much my stomach and behind. Hence, why I'm looking for more support with the LC diet! I love working out in the morning it helps with my morning blues I just don't want to go to work! I love my job but I don't want to go in the morning!! Anyways, today I went and did 45 min. of resistance with the PT and then walk/ran 30 min. My hip has been bothering me lately so I didn't run the whole time. Also, my knee started popping today!??? That's never happened to me. I think I'm going to rest for a day. Ahh, I'm only 23 and I'm falling apart!! I need to do some yoga and repair myself.

Happy Exercising Everyone!!

Well, I walked 55 min. yesterday outside! And today, I worked out with the Personal Trainer and walked/ran on the treadmill. My knee and hip are bother me. I'm getting a little frustrated with the pain. It makes me wonder if I should lay off exercising for awhile. But everytime I go the gym for Personel Training I feel since I have the time I should do cardio. Is there such a thing to being to motivated?
