The avocado tahini recipe is brilliant! I love tahini and really miss its taste in humus; using it with avocado dip is a great idea. I'm going to try this soon!

Thanks, I love experimenting with food and you can get stuck eating the same thing over and over. This keeps paleo and LC very interesting, let me know how the recipes turn out.

this is by far my fave dip I ever made, its soooooooooo addictive, I'm making this tomm with steak and a salad... hope u like it as well.

Ooooo...wonderful blog!! Those stuffed zucchinis are BRILLIANT! I make a similar recipe with ground lamb only I would cut the zukes lengthwise and make "boats" out of them. I LOVE the idea of coring out the insides and stuffing them whole like you did. Much prettier presentation.

And...that curried chicken liver recipe looks fabulous. I just happen to have some chicken livers too. Guess what I'm making tomorrow?
