Default DietDoctor's Weight Loss for Good program

DietDoctor.com, the world's largest low carb website, now offers three plans or challenges to start learning how to eat low carb. It's introduction to low carb and keto and its evidence based information on health issues is excellent. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto

The two week challenge was originally based on Dr Westman's clinic diet and now includes everything someone totally new to the concept of eating low carb would need. The five week Keto with Kristie has more detail, and their 10 week Weight Loss for Good provides additional behavioral approaches, like daily emails, to keep you on track for the long-term. I Followed this in January and signed up for the fall re-boot of the Weight Loss for Good program because it offered new material on staying on track during the challenges of CoVid. https://www.dietdoctor.com/sign-up-...ht-loss-journey

. When you sign up for Weight Loss for Good, you also get access to exclusive bonus material. Together with Lauren Bartell Weiss, PhD, we’ve created the ultimate guide to approaching weight loss during the coronavirus pandemic. In this game-changing PDF, you’ll get expert advice on how to change your mindset and improve your habits. You’ll be presented with worksheets that will help you to design a plan for success. With each exercise, you’ll gain inspiration for what lies ahead — while also working through any obstacles that may have stunted your progress in the past.

So if you have the food and counting carbs down pat, but go off the rails with stress, cravings, comfort foods, mental space...I think these worksheets, which you receive right up front are great. They are really generic behavioral steps, eg: Set small goals, identify obstacles, focus on benefits, Get social support, etc.

I re-started last week, and the first week information and daily email arrived today. DietDoctor still has huge amounts of free low carb information videos on YouTube etc. For the premium content you can sign up for a free trial month, and easily cancel it if this program does not suit.
