Oh, really? We are allowed to use a concentrated fruit juice in phase I? Where did you get this info please?

As far as I'm concerned, no we do not use any fruit juices while doing phase I or II or SB.

In regards to the yogurt question I have found the most delicious low carb yogurt. It is Kroger brand called Carbmaster...the vanilla chai and regular vanilla is awsome. They have appx 3 to 4 sugars per container. If you want a "sweet" treat try the carrot cake one.

Thank you for answering the question about protein powder. I like to drink a protein shake for breakfast in the morning. I usually mix it with just water (no added fruit or syrups). This is good to know as protein shakes and eggs are usually my go to breakfast!! Thanks again!!

Eas 100% whey chocolate is my absolute favorite!! I could drink it every morning and not be sick of it!! I've mixed it with water skin milk and black coffee. It is awesome!!! I buy mine in a 54 serving bag at my local warehouse club! Seriously the stuff is awesome

I never thought of adding at davinci to my plain non fat greek.yougurt. I am going to try that. I have different flavors. Thanks for the suggestion! Probably would be like a dessert!!

Editing. Tried this tonight for snack and it was awesome. I had sugar free pumpkin cheesecake flavored syrup and added pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg to plain non fat greek yogurt. 😋
