Post KISS menu suggestions

I help would be great. I have been stalled for about a month now, and have decided that this is the most healthy, reasonable, and convincing option to try to break this stall.

So anyone who has done it, or is doing it have any food suggestions? I know what you are ALLOWED to eat, but any suggestions for ways to cook it?

Any info on if it worked for you would be great too!

Hi Eric,
If you go to the Kitchen Forum there are lots and lots of recipes and ideas there. I personally always have a casserole of Mock mashed potatoes in the fridge...it is delish, and the Deep dish pizza quiche....that is soooo good. There are lots and lots of ideas around to work from...if you can't find anything, stop by my journal, and I will copy and paste some stuff for you.

By the way, I just saw that you are new, so welcome...and try to start yourself a journal...that is usually how we all keep in touch...and you should also feel free to visit other peoples journals as well.
