Being from Canada, some of the products discussed in the forum are just not available to me...or without ordering from the internet and waiting for them. I am visiting Niagara Falls NY in the near future...does Tops Market carry alot of LC stuff...or is there another grocery store that is better than that? Tops is the only one I can think of there....or what about Walmart?

I'm in Canada.. but I have heard that the american Walmarts carry a lot of Atkin's products. You'll also find the occational item in Cosco and various health food stores here in Canada. It's a good idea to look through the yellow pages and then make some calls.

I agree with Crimson. Guess you'll have to 'shop around'.

Yes, I have found lots of Atkins products in Tops stores here in Upstate NY. Every once in awhile, they put the shakes on sale. Otherwise everything is pretty expensive.
