Question Depletion workout timing and carb-up

A Question and a follow up:

If my carb up should start Friday night (dinner) or Saturday morning, is there a better time than Friday AM to do my depletion workout?

Currently I am doing my depletion workout on friday am (I do all my workouts before well, work), then I continue the no-carb until dinner time when I start the carbing up process. Or is it better to wait until Saturday AM to do the depletion workout and start the carb-up with Saturday breakfast?
