Default General questions

I seem to have too much energy while on the CKD to fall asleep.

What are some sleep aid(s) I could take that wont affect the diet?

What can I take when I get a headache while on the CKD?

Thanks

For sleep, you could try Melatonin. It's available in most vitamin stores, and it also acts as an antioxidant.

For headaches, which I get from time to time, I like Aleve. Also good for muscle pain and joint pain. LOL. Pricey, but I think it's well worth it.
