Default Curried Shrimp & Cauliflower Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

1/2 head cauliflower, small florets, steamed
1 1/2 pounds shrimp or prawns
1 large red pepper, diced
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter. Add red pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring.
Add shrimp and cook until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes while stirring.
Enjoy!

Tried it for dinner tonight. Came out nice and filled the desire I had for both shrimp and a light curry.Would change the directions to say add both red pepper and cauliflower at the start, otherwise you get raw cauliflower at then end since you cannot keep cooking the shrimp.
