Wow, there are a lot of tattoo wearers here! I love the photos!! Kyah, the photo in my avatar is after 2 sessions (3 hours each). I have a new photo in my journal of the third session. I'm expecting another 3-4 sessions, and he charges $125 an hour ... so the answer to your question of how much it will cost is, "a lot!"

Well here's my before photo for the challenge. If I wasn't committed before, I am now after seeing these photos. I've got to say, looking at them was painful, much less posting them. Here's hoping for better photos in twelve weeks!

Okay, I'm a little dense. I thought you were saying that you had a tree tatoo also and then it got bugs!

Unhappy I am so upset!!!

This morning I was in a car accident! Some young kid rear ended me. Thank God the kids weren't in the car. But now I am having back and neck pain. I went to the Dr. and he said I cant work out for a while.

Just when I was getting really into this workout routine. I have worked out for 8 straight days. I am so !!!

Today, the scale moved to 169.5 and I was so psyched! Hopefully I will be able to keep up the weight loss while cutting back on excercise. I am still in this challenge though. I've come to far to give up now!

Hi All,

I have not ever done this before so I was not sure even how to post to this challenge. I really want to lose this time so what the heck may be this will help.

200 Start weight

7 Wrist
14 Bicep
43 Bust at nipple line
37 1/4 Under bust
39 Natural waist ( smallest place )
39 Belly at button
48 1/4 Belly 3" below
28 Thigh measured 3" from groin
18 Calf

I plan on keeping my Carbs at or below 30 each day. For exercise I plan on walking between 3.5 and 4 miles per hour for five days a week for an hour each time minimum. I would like to be able to walk 5 miles when I am done in 1 ¼-1 ½ hours. We will see.

Thumbs up Omg!!!

I am SOOOO pooped! I did my new full body workout today (made up by my trainer) which I will be doing every other day. I only did bits of it, not full sets day before yesterday when we went through it. I did my cardio yesterday since I didn't do it on the day before, and today I did the whole thing. Man O man! Feelin' gooood! I normally work a few body parts on every other day, but my trainer said if I'm in every other day, then I may as well do a full body.

I shall prevail!

Okay, seeing as everyone is showing off tattoos, I just had to join in! Besides, I never get to show it off anymore since I've gained my weight! It's up my spine (it's a sun- on my spine- sunspine!), pretty much from butt to bra strap. I designed it myself. The digital pic does not show a lot of the tiny detail (some of the detail blurs together in the pic-- not like it is in real life). But it's the best I've got so here goes!

Also DH was feeling a bit left out when he took this so I've included his Celtic cross too!

That's so cool! I can't wait to get my new one done! My dh is a wimp tho. I've been trying to get him to get one. He wants the Chinese symbol for Dragon b/c he was born in the year of the Dragon. I told him he wouldn't be able to take it
Apparently men do a lot worse than women since we naturally have a higher pain threshold (to birth those babies!). A friend of mine actually passed out! Ha ha ha! WIMP!

VPeach

It is great to see another walker.

Is 10000 your step count? I have been using a pedometer too. A cheap one and it measures in miles. So how far is 10000? I guess if this is steps you need to know how long your step is. But this must be about 5 miles I would think.

I have been walking an hour a day most days for the last two months and it feels great. Most of the time my distance run from about 3.6-3.8 miles. I also have some other around the ranch work for exercise.
