Default Chocolate pudding with strawberries and whipped cream

For the pudding: (this is really a meal replacement with vitamins, fruit and fat!)

1 Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake
2 teaspoons glucomannan powder (fiber)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 drops stevia (or your preferred sweetener)

Pour one Atkins shake into the blender. Add sweetener.

Measure glucomannan powder and baking powder. Combine.

Turn on blender. Sift powders slowly into the liquids. Run about four minutes.

Pour into 2 custard cups. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing it to "set" properly. The texture is even better after a couple of hours in the refrigerator. (MAKES 2 SERVINGS)

Each serving:
Carbs 1 Protein 7.5 Fat 7.5 Calories 80

Strawberries - frozen and thawed, or fresh.

Carbs and calories will depend on how many are used.

Whipped cream:

2 ounces heavy whipping cream
2 or 3 drops of vanilla extract
2 drops of stevia (or your preferred sweetener)

Beat until cream forms peaks. (MAKES ONE SERVING)

Each serving (2 ounces):
Carbs 1.6 Protein 1.1 Fat 20.7 Calories 193

Place all items in a large cereal/salad bowl. Mix and match as desired. ENJOY.
