Question Are supplements needed?

Hi everyone! I am on my day 2 and when I worked out before I never used supplements. Are they needed? If so, do I see my Dr to ensure I am taking the proper ones?

Calcium & a multivitamin are a good start, eveything else is optional. Seeing your Dr. first is always a good idea.

Thanks for the input. I kinda thought the multi vitamin just cuz you should always take that but interesting on the calcium.
