On my 31st day...entering "no man's land" as they say on quitnet. I'm starting to get the weight thing back under control...now, if I could just quit being so damn grouchy!

and...CONGRATS to everyone who is hanging in there...I know it will feel good eventually!

I am giving up being outwardly grouchy for Lent! I surely will need divine intervention. My quit started to feel "good"- that is truely not bother me- around day 50-55. And that's when the perma-grump let up too! Great going & hang in there!!!
P.S.--I love quitnet too!

Still quit here too. Over 260 days now and have 4 wonderful children cheering me on. As far as "friends" go most had said I would'nt last or Ohh please Angel.. Well ya know what? They still smoke, I don't and that is all that matters to me and my family. Keep the quit everyone.

Love Angel

37 days for me...no relapse ! I can actually run on the treadmill...its amazing.
Before I could not walk briskly for more than 8 minutes.

Grouchy ? Hey I hear you there. I have not been the most pleasant to be around, but that is changing as the withdrawal subsides.

Way to go everyone on your accomplishments ! This is really tough...we should all be so darn proud !

44 days. Done w/ the patch. Having urges but am standing strong. I've gained almost 15 lbs since 1/1/05 and I'm FREAKING OUT.

I'm gonna go to the doctor and ask for some kind of appetite suppressant or something!!!! I can't let all my hard work for the past year go down the drain!!!
