You're too sweet Debbie. It's a good feeling getting into better shape but I'm only 1/2 way to my goal. I will get there. I just need to not give up on working out.

Been working out everyday except Sun's.

Yesterday's workout:
80 mins elliptical

Todays workout:
Slim in 6
Burn it Up 60 mins
Slim & Limber 15 mins
Slim & 6pack 10 mins
Elliptical 70 mins

Whew, no break in between, I was sweating like crazy! I had extra time today. It's amazing what I can do without getting sore anymore.

I'm getting tired just reading back through my gym log. I haven't been on my treadmill much lately.

I'm planning on starting my workout plan again on..uh..well, soon!

Treadmill ~ 45 mins

A little HIIT training today
Switched between 3.0 & 3.5
Worked up a good sweat
Around 2 1/2 miles

Somewhat disappointing, I should have been able to do 3 miles in that amt of time.

I'll get there again

REALLY???? Wow, can't believe that was me! No wonder we started a group called the PHC's on another weight loss site. Pretty Hard Core, girls.

If there was a slight chance that I could get through that workout now, there is NO way I'd be able to walk the next day!

I'm getting used to it again. Not sore and no tingling in my legs. I'm going to start running for a few mins at a time again on Sat.

Been doing TM 30-45 mins and Biggest Loser for Wii. It's actually a great workout, better than some of my Wii workouts.

Fun doing it with my 10 year old. Great exercise for both of us. We're looking forward to the challenges.

40 mins TM, increased speed (3.0 - 3.5). I was just doing 3.0.

I was tempted to only do 30 mins but remembered the promise that I made to myself. It actually wasn't that bad once I got started.
