Mio flavor enhancers for water

There is zero of everything on the bottle. Has anyone used these, just a squirt is all I want to use. Has this product stalled weight loss for anyone? I am already at a point where I weight loss is slow, don't want to screw it up even further.

you know what, I dont like the sweetness the Mio added to the water. It has a funny taste. I think I will be not using this anymore.

I bought some when I was visiting the US last year. The sweet tea one is fine, but the watermelon flavour is just.... weird.

I bought carb-free, sugar-free flavorings from LorAnn Oils but haven't tried them yet.
