I have lost 4 lbs (seems to change) but I have cramps the last few days, did anyone else have these? It would be great to know...

Welcome to the forum Hope . There's loads of info here, you just have to ask. I'm in livin in Santry and have been on and off atkins for over a year now. We seen to have pretty much the same stats so if you need any help with anything feel free to ask me or drop by my journal. Can't help you with the cramps cause I never got any unless I've eaten anything with sugar alochols, which I try to avoid if at all possible. Well good luck with the lcing.

Thanks a million! Can I just ask you one question Milk? What is the story? I am dying for a drop in my tea but it says no, is that just for induction? I have been using cream but it really doesn't taste that good!

If you get soya milk it tastes pretty much the same with less carbs. I know cream doesn't go well in tea but if you mix a little bit of milk and a bit of cold water and put that in your tea seems to do the trick. Milk is ok as long as you only have a little but make sure you count it.
