Banish the Fat Boost Metabolism.

So so happy that I got through it. Haven't pulled that DVD out since last year!

I plan on doing it a few times next week.

I didn't get it done early so I had to force myself to do it at 6 pm. It was hard but not bad once I got started.

Something different. Hadn't been on it for a long time. Power was out so no tm or Dvds.

There a point after a few circuits where it seems like it's going to get easier and then ... owww ... it's gets harder.

Can't wait to do it again tomorrow...now if I can just remember how to enter my sarcmark here.

Sat 2/5 BFBM

2 days in a row. It was a wee bit easier. Less modifications and my feet weren't aching like last week. Ill continue to add it a couple times a week. Im still dedicated to working out 5-6 days a week. My body is changing and Im feeling good about my progress.

Feeling good today. Jillian is becoming a big part of my life again

Have mixed feelings about weighing on 2/14. I want to start posting my weight here. I was disappointed reading back through my gym log when I found that I didn't post my weight every so often.

182 (down 2 lbs wish it were more) Im losing inches so that's good.

I've decided to start P90X again. Will start tomorrow.

I'm going to just do TM today for 45 mins to "rest" before the big day.

I did the program before but never completed the full 90 days. I think I'll shoot for 90 days to get ready for my trip to FL in Aug.

Last round I was doing Classic. My feet ache doing plyometrics so I think I'll try to do the Lean program this time.

I'm soooo ready!!! I just need to go find it in my son's room. He borrowed it a few months ago. It better have every single dvd in the case!

Every single dvd in the case? I can't even find the case. GRR not one single dvd! My son searched for it, can't find it anywhere. He said he gave it back to me. Uh, no....

While I was looking for P90x I found my Shred dvd. Lol I was looking for that one last month!

So I guess ill continue w/ BFBM until I find P90x, has to be somewhere!
