Default Bourbon

Ever since I stopped drinking just straight bourbon (and alcohol) about two days ago, I've been losing weight after about a month stall.

I always had suspected this had stalled my weight loss, so here is an obvious tip for you drinkers who have stalled. Again, I didn't even mix bourbon with anything but I am very confident it has been the source of my stall.

I think possibly any alcohol will cause a stall, so people with metabolic syndrome should use it very sparingly, or not at all. I think you are probably right. I've had a little vodka, and even though it is no carb, I have always experienced a stall afterwards.
