BFL CH2, Week 1, Day 1!
UBW today.
Something interesting happened on the way from my back to my biceps...I was able to add weights to my back/shoulder exercises BUT doing 15# dumb-bells for my bicep curls...Well...That hurt.
I lost a little bicep strength over my vacation.
Oh bother.
I am bench pressing 50#.
My upright rows are done with a total of 30#.
My machine exercises are at 40#.
I started CH 1 benching 25# & using 10# dumb-bells exclusively (till about week #5.)
My first challenge, I worked on form & learning the exercises (I was such a newbie!) so for CH 2, I am going to work on improving my strength...Really really work.
Bring on those 20# dumb-bells!
