*chuckle* you stopping by my gymlog was the push over the edge to start doing BFL. I had been looking for a change in my work out routine and had been looking into bfl for a while..

I start my first challenege next week.... started experimenting today with what I was going to include in my workout

No worries...BFL CH 2 starts on 3/9!
I am just doing some aerobics/minimal lifting till then.

BFL CH2, Week 1, Day 1!
UBW today.

Something interesting happened on the way from my back to my biceps...I was able to add weights to my back/shoulder exercises BUT doing 15# dumb-bells for my bicep curls...Well...That hurt.

I lost a little bicep strength over my vacation.
Oh bother.

I am bench pressing 50#.
My upright rows are done with a total of 30#.
My machine exercises are at 40#.

I started CH 1 benching 25# & using 10# dumb-bells exclusively (till about week #5.)

My first challenge, I worked on form & learning the exercises (I was such a newbie!) so for CH 2, I am going to work on improving my strength...Really really work.

Bring on those 20# dumb-bells!

Congrats on starting Challenge 2! I just started challenge 1 after a nice trial period and feeling great. Hope you get even better results and push yourself further in challenge 2.

3/11: Day off

3/12: LBW............Rocked! I added weight to everything I was previously doing! I added my own little circuit (for inner thighs/outer thighs) right before my ab workout.

As for my eating...I am at 90% of where I want to be...Working on this.

I did the elliptical glider (aerobics) & ohmygosh do I know what hitting 10's mean now! I was so sweaty that I had to take 2 showers!

Glider...Aerobics...20 minutes...It was ok...Not my best aerobic day...It was hard with my family around talking to me & staring at me & asking if I need water...Or a towel...

LBW...I did a outer/inner thigh circuit with ankle weights right after my calve exercises & before the abs.

Overall, good work-out.

Awesome Upper Body Work-out.
I added weight to my Bicep curls...20#...& my bent over flys...25#...And my tricep extenders...15#...And I bench pressed 60#!!!!

Solidly back on track eating-wise...And, my polynesian paralysis is slowly wearing off.
