haha inflammabl, you know I will take excess skin any day of the week compared to 100 extra pounds of weight.

If a guy walked up to me and told me looking at me set him on fire. I would not be offering him a drink. LOL.

It is good to feed the vanity all a matter of balance.

I put on a new shirt today with my new bra. And my boobs were front and center and the shirt was tight around them. And the shirt showed I actually had a curvy (not bulging fat) body.

And boy did I strut my stuff at work. I rather enjoyed it. Like a peacock showing its feathers.

Then I went and had lunch with hubby and strutted for him

Okay, I just took a jacazzi tubber.. I have an oversized jacuzzie tub for 1 in my master bedroom bath. It was a requirement of purchasing a house I told hubby. The only thing I wanted besides the laundry on the first floor and not in the basement.

Anyway it was great to see *most* of my body submerged! All of my legs was well under water and half my belly.

Before typically my legs stuck out of the water and none my belly top was ever submerged....

I can't wait until I can fully submerge in a nice hot tubber!

that the depression has lifted. And I want to be active instead of zoning out in front of the tv all the time.

Having the energy and the desire to clean the house.

I am doing that today, along with my normal chores, along with going out to a rock concert at a local theatre today. Then tommorrow I will cook my breakfast/lunch for the week and will take my doggies to the beach with my hubby and mo in law.

Come home cook dinner and vegetate.

it is and will be a fantastic weekend of having energy to enjoy life!

Okay being able to stand up and dance at a rock concert! I stood up for about 50% of the time.

But more important I could dance. My knees where able to handle the weight for the most part. And I was lighter on my feet.

And most importantly I got to rock out! instead of always having to butt dance in my chair!

I know this will sound weird but weight loss in my fingers and toes.

It is a nice weird feeling to look at my hand and see my fingers loosing size. As they become in perception more long and slenderous(is that a word? ). I already have manly type hands and wrist from just a big structure. it is nice to have more female fingers. I went from a size 11.5 to a size 9. Can't wait to be a size 7 the way I was in high school.

And with that the Toes, I literally can see spaces between my toes now. Whooo Hooo!

That makes cleaning the feet a lot easier than before. Especially getting dead skin off in between toes...Doesn't take nearly as long.

I know what you mean about hands, tapered fingers, some days I can almost see a slight wrist bone.

Oh yeah! Not only can I shake my wedding ring off my hand but my shoes are loose. My business loafers I had a year ago shuffle on the ground when I walk.

Also, inspiring others. There is a waitress at Waffle House who, after talking with me, has so far lost 35 pounds. My in-laws have lost 50 pounds together since Christmas.

I cleaned out my side of our closet last weekend. I found a shirt I never wore with a 17 inch neck. It fits! I found TWO pairs of pants still with the tags on that were too small for me a year ago. Now they are way, way too big, six inches too big. I gave them away.

Well, I've been 24 pound for a long long time, like six months. Trying to break this stall I've even gone so far as to by a Precision Xtra Meter to track my blood glucose and blood ketone levels.

Another thing I love! My fasting blood glucose sits in the 75-90 range. My BP has come down 15 on the high end and 5 on the low end. It's now like 115/88.

Imflammabl, You lucky dog you! My BG is still in the high 80s to 100 range. A1C was a 5.4 recently.

I hear you on the BP, my last bp was 122/72. I used to be like 135ish/90ish.

I actually took my pulse after I saw that the doctors office to make sure it was right! Couldn't believe my pulse was 72 resting.

Have you try going back to induction phase level carbs? isn't that like 20 carbs a day on atkins?
