Default Fudgecicles

½ cup of whipping cream
1.5 tbsp cocoa
tsp of vanilla
8 packets of sweetner
½ tsp of instant coffee
1 tsp gelatin powder
½ tsp of xanthan
approximately 1 and a half cups of water

This recipe for me makes 8 Popsicles I got the tray from walmart last summer.

In my magic bullet I put half the water and sprinkle the tsp of gelatin powder and xanthan gum and let it sit. In a large bowl I beat the cream until whipped. After the cream is whipped I add the rest of the dry ingredients into my magic bullet and mix until thoroughly combined. I then fold that mixture into the cream and add the rest of the water. This will liquidize the whipped cream but it still gives it a better texture. Then add the mix into the Popsicle tray and freeze.

The gelatin keeps them from getting weird and icy this recipe has a lot of room for improvement I’m looking foreword to hearing other peoples ideas
