Talking 1 year down... thats right a YEAR!

I have managed to convert my lifestyle to low carb.... and Jan 18th was my 1 year Atkins-versary.

I have had ups and downs, but have stuck with the plan. Weight has fallen off quickly then stayed about the same for weeks at a time.... but the key was sticking to it.

I will say that I did notice that I felt a lot better on this plan so that has made it easier in a way to stick with the plan. I am not at goal yet, but will continue to tick away at it.

Today I celebrate being overweight. Thats right! A BMI of 29.9! Woo hoo! If I can do it, you can too!

Congrats G-Didi! I love reading about others who are make this a way of eating that can be sustained. I am 4 months in and am really impressed with your year long journey. If you are feeling good, I hope you make it a lifelong journey.
